About the Role
Upward Rehab has a Part-time or PRN opportunity for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, treat and assist in the prevention of communication and swallowing disorders for our patients in their place of residence. Working with cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders, which may occur after a stroke, traumatic brain injury, illness, surgery, injury or dementia.

Current SLP and driver's license required
