About

Occupation Therapy

An occupational therapist (OT) helps individuals of all ages develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and working. They work with people who have physical, developmental, or cognitive challenges to improve their ability to perform everyday activities, such as dressing, eating, or working. OTs use therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment to enhance function and promote independence. They often collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans that address the client's specific needs and goals.

Upward Rehab plans to add OT to our repertoire of services in the future!  Check back for updates!
